Things turn out best for those who make the best of the way things turn out.

Chinese don't speak mandarin.
Chinese don't celebrate Chinese New Year.
Chinese don't like Chinese Food.
Chinese hates being Chinese.
Chinese thinks Chinese is low class.

What in the world are the Chinese teenagers turning into??

Chinese New Year has always been the most exciting event for me in the past.
Because its always collecting red packets and playing. All fun.
As years go by, i feel the Chinese new year mood died down.
Now, its just the custom of meeting our close ones, parents' friends and seeing those kids that are either same age as me or my brother. The thing is we don't even talk when we see each other. No common topic to talk abt. Come my house, sit on the sofa and me, sitting by the side, we'll just listen to our parents dear ol' stories. Generation gap i guess. A lot of them are studying at primary level, what can i talk to them abt? Ben 10? Power rangers? I don't know the trend now. However, its nice to see the people again because its like a once a year thing, seeing some uncles and aunties age so fast wows me, time seriously flies.
Even for my side, my fsn class organised a gathering at Anna's. Great time together.

My current situation is looking bad. Time don't fly. They jet past. I want to put my next sentence into an enormous font so as to remind myself when i sees it.

I HAVE NO IDEA OF MY MATHS FROM TOPIC 2 TO TOPIC 6!!!!BUCK UP U FOOLISH TYS.

I reflected yesterday before i sleep about my life so far in my poly.
The thing about me is i often can't let go of whats gonna happen to me
in the future, even though it hasn't happen at all. For example, I'll get paranoid about the fact
that i will not do well for my tests and quizzes even before i enter the lecture hall.
I'll have a self concept of doing JUST enough instead of scoring well.
Few days back, i was talking to someone and what he said was kinda encouraging.
" Don't think of supp paper, Do yr best. I'm also in your situation. If i can, you can."
I'm conscious about all these facts, the thing is at times your mind don't follow what
your heart thinks. Since I'm already in this situation, I'll just have to give it my all for the
remaining weeks. Its always how you react to things that had happened that will be able to bring you through the problem. Things turn out good when u make the best of what had turned out to be. Just another two weeks, i will be a free guy out of "prison".

What's hot!
Took my sociology test this morning and it turned out great. No problem passing.
What's not!
Took Basic Micrology test and total screwed up.
Bloody Microscope was spoiled and it was just a "OH well!" day.

There'll be another two presentations on this coming Tuesday. After that, it will be
full force on the core subjects, especially M-A-T-H-S!

Lastly, not forgetting the BOYS BRIGADE.
We welcome the 12 BOYS WHO joined us last week!
So many who are interested in playing soccer.
WOOOOO!!!!

Countdown to examination : 13days

Battlecry: U SHIT HEAD! U SUCKA! U BLOODY HELL! U SHIT FACE!
STUDY LAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!! NOW!!!!!!!!

soddisfatto

God is good and this week has been a pleasant one. Rushing of two project consultations was
crazy and knowing the fact that our presentations are in two weeks time, its like "woah pls get
away from me man!" Other than projects, things are working out fine now and i couldn't ask
for more, I'm glad. Tuesday prayer meeting was kungfu panda and that show is classic, not
only its funny, but it really teaches us lotsa values that we ought to follow.
"Never give up because U are Special."

Great quality time was spent with the boys on Saturday,
Because of the calories that we are gonna consume in days to come,
exercises were desperately needed.
The guys arranged soccer in the morning and swimming in the afternoon.
Those crazy bunch of guys pulled me into the sauna and it was my First Time inside.
Well, it was kind of enjoying and comfortable. HAHA. You can see how TOMATO-ish we were like that day.
Night was at Elisha's house for steamy boaty. Good time together too yo.

Today is the eve of CNY and it was really great to be able to help out in the CK,
playing with the kids and getting to know them better. Though mischievous but
they are kinda great joy for me :) Just finished one reunion lunch and later another one which is again steamy boaty. Hah. Exercise badly needed.

Here's ending off with a note for everyone out there:
HAPPY CHINESE COW NEW YEAR AND ALL THE BEST IN ALL ASPECTS IN EVERYONE'S LIVES!
GOD BLESS Y'ALL !!

Arms Of My Saviour

For Habit to occur:

- Desire
- Knowledge
- Skill

Habit - H = abit
abit - a = bit
bit - b = it
it - i = t
t = cross
#Always look to the cross when you need HELP#

And to get rid of your bad habits, you NEED:

Motivation = Motive + action

Application = Eg. Quiet time

HAHA.

Something I've learnt today :)
WHICH I OBVIOUSLY LACK -_-

The week passed so fast that ( fill in the expression ).

There is this group of people which i want to give kudos to:
(alphabetical order) Bookeong, Chenghoong, Hoongkit, Jake, Malcolm.
On Monday ( 12 - 01 - 2009 ), we participated in AS soccer tournament in which we drew one match and lost two. I shan't go into details of all the matches because its too tedious but this is one tournament that i see the beauty of the game. Our fighting spirit, co-operation and the fun we had as a team. Especially the last match, i thank God for the fun out of it. 5-4 was the score and we were facing against the strongest team in our group. Nevertheless, we managed to threaten them in a few occasions even though many of us were out of steam. Truly these guys made me see what teamwork is and also the love for one another. And i learned that when people has nothing to lose, they normally give it their all. That's when u see the hunger in their eyes. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G.
All had injuries too HAHHA. I even have tattoo on my feet.
Oh yeah, not forgetting to thank the supporters. You girls did well even without ponk ponk.
Perhaps, we can aim for next year glory alright! HAH.

Every single day was project, project and still project. OH WELL, that's poly for ME.

CCA open hse for BNSS happened on Saturday and this was the best open house I've been at i must say. Relaxing and smooth-flowing. What really runs through my mind now is how many people will really joined the BB this coming Wednesday. *cross finger* Well, we did our best in selling the BB, now God will do the rest yeah :)

Another project will be down tmr and i will be left with two projects for Sociology and World Issue. And i am seriously sick with the fact that i haven't learn anything for maths since topic 2. The concurrent topic is 5, or maybe 6 i dunno.
-______________-
Wish me luck.
Nah, i don't want luck.
I want my time management,
I want my motivation,
i want my rest!

Food For Thought : I ate Yong Tau FOO for five days straight, my swimming float around my waist seems to be smaller, can yong tau foo really cut down weight!?
HAH.

Union is Strength.

A father said to his daughter, break one chopstick.
She broke it.
The father went on and gave her two chopstick.
She broke it again.
The father went on and gave her three chopstick.
She broke it again.
This time, the father gave her 10 chopstick.
She . . . . .

Surely a lot of you have heard of the old chopsticks parable.
With one, it can be fragile.
But with many, it will be hard because unity is strength.
Let's not allow things to get in our way,
we reject all works of the fallen one,
we pray,
that whatever we do,
its by your will,
and we know we always do it for you.

I've started to look at things with a different angle and it seems that this week indeed has been pleasant. No doubt, time flies. This term will end quickly because in two weeks time, CNY. After CNY, semestral exam. Then its 7 weeks holiday. March arrives. Before that February will be a busy busy busy busy busy month, and time management will be an important factor :)

Now it's January, so from now till August, i have 8 months to see people promoting into the 18 category where they can officially do things that used to be illegal but now legal. HAHA.
I WAS JUST KIDDING YO.

Happy 18Th Birthday my HOMIE RYAN.

In another note,
All the best to the people out there receiving O's tmr yeah.
Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and your plans will succeed
- Proverbs 16:3

Continues. . . . . .
She received the 10 chopsticks,
U GUYS THINK SHE CANT BREAK IT!
SHE BROKE IT WITHIN SECONDS BECAUSE SHE IS. . .
a TERMINATOR.
God bless your week people.

Oh, MU owns Chelsea. HA!

Stop the procrastination i must.

Failing to plan means I'm planning to fail. After one whole day of reflection and stoning in front of somebody, i think the reason is aku tak ada timetable. Ar ar siol. I'm going to make one timetable with one or two physical exercises in it.

Snape killed Dumbledore.
