R E S T

No way i am going to let my holiday be wasted. No doubt this is a one month rest. But I'm not going to slack at home and do nothing. Exercise plan will be activated. Diet plan will be activated. Some studying will be involved too. And of course my quiet time and bible study at home.

1. Morning Jog
2. Afternoon reading and studying
3. Evening Swim
4. Night slack

As mentioned, i have been feasting non-stop. Food is my joy. I guess its time to stop for a while.

1. No Nasi lemak
2. No KFC

Let's see how long can i last.

People, Work hard for your exams alright! Mug hard but rest well too! Keep you o's, a's, psle's and etc examinations people in prayers. Battle cries will move you guys on !
